Fantastic photo ! I wonder what time frame it's from ?
Is it possible to narrow it down from the uniform and
instrument details ? I like the drum-major .

My guess would be around 1930/31? ive only just noticed that two boys standing at the rear dont even have pockets on there shirts, something that would have lots of collectors saying no chance if someone was selling an example
