Hello,

It's, I think, LANDDIENST DER HITLERJUGEND. This units were the oportunity for young boys and girls from the cities and there poor suburbs to work (and be paid) on farms. They, eventually could become farmers (especially in the new "east territories"). This units have nothing to do with the LANDJAHR which were agricultural schools.

Interesting are, what could be, the 2 "Spiess" (company adjudant) tresses on each arm (?!).
