Great pic "Großdeutschland 1"

Hi to everyone....
If I'm not wrong the name "Großdeutschland 1" lasted no more than 7 months in 1942 so I think it's quite rare to find this kind of pic, and I feel quite lucky.
as you can read on the back unfortunately he didn't survive the war.....but I'm in difficulty to translate (and understand) the writings on the bottom (if someone can help me ..thanks )

It seems to say that " Father was born on 25th Sept 1943". The man in the photo is probably this persons grandfather who died in August 1943 just a month before his son was born.

The abbreviated word to me looks like geb.

The ge is the same to me as on the word gefallen at the top.

I don't see heiraten there.
