Fp. Nr. 22135C - 3rd SS Division?

I have a document with Fp. Nr. 22135C. The letter is dated 6 Sep 1943 and concerns the death of an SS-Uscha. on 12 July 43 while making a bridgehead over the Psel River "north of Belgorod;" in other words, during part of the battle of Prokhorovka during Kursk.

22135C is not a Fp.Nr. that I'm familiar with from the LSSAH; since this unit was fighting around the Psel River, could it be something in 3rd SS PzGren "Totenkopf?"
