Yep, too good to be true. The Feldpost Nr in the stamp has one entry and it belongs to the Heer:

      (23.4.1944-24.11.1944) 15.11.1944 Stab II u. 5.-8. Kompanie Grenadier-Regiment 331.

No idea who the signature is supposed to be and Totenkopf didn't become a Panzergrenadier Division until November 1942.

And the SS battalion HQ makes no sense on an Army Wehrkreis document (with a fake Generalmajor signature)

Also, I've never seen a wound badge document signed by a general!
Usually these were signed by a doctor, or if the wound was so light that not needed a hospitalization, by the batallion commander.

You don't see it often but it did happen.

The Printed document itself is a fake, discussed many times ! All awards documents using this Paper are fakes.

That's not true, just that a lot are but this wehrkreis X big Z style, which can also be found on other award types did exist, that's why it ended up being copied, but then used by moron fakers without a clue as to when, who and how.

I agree, Simon. I have one of these wound documents and it is properly signed by the Der Chefarzt, Reserve-Lazarett V Hamburg.
