Is that Feldpost Nr 03464? If so that doesn't fit either the soldier's unit or the medical unit. That number is for Regimentsstab Infanterie-Regiment 513.
There's also something about the typewritten entries contrasted with the printed parts that doesn't sit right but I can't quite put my finger on that bit.

Looks like a colored photo copy or scan print.

The stamping looks more like 03484, hard to tell

If this was awarded at a later time/date & backdated, I guess it's possible it could have been awarded by a subsequent unit? Nothing that starts with "0" (zero) seems to come close to matching the unit on the document.

I too am somewhat troubled by the appearance of the document....an in-hand inspection would be mandatory.

They all have that copied look about them.

Correct. Just the Appearance is wrong, before discussing further details.

I may be wrong, but these docs look like have been written with the same typewriter.

                        Fake.

Indeed, batallion fo example. Looking at the name i was even wondering if these weren't made for a reenactor.

And, that would be some date for an IAB. I've never seen one that early. Even awards for the campaign in Norway are dated later.

And the same fonts in each document!

It's very unlikely that the same typewriter was used to write all the 3 papers!
