Civil Servant Document Grouping

Hi guys,

Here is a document grouping that I bought over the past weekend at the MAX Show. It is to a city chief inspector/senior civil servant from Berlin.

Here is his document for the 1936 Olympic Games Commemorative Medal. I always wanted one of these documents but never had one until this past weekend.
