V1 issue Der Adler - 2 versions

Hi everyone,

i have two Adlers in my collection that are the same issue but with some differences, the later one has 4 more pages and was for sale whereas the earlier one is marked "Not to be sold" Could anyone shed some light on where this would have been distributed then perhaps?

the "Ausgabe V" edition is a free edition with far less pages, retailed for the military and civilian administrations in Germany.

...and there is other edition, the AUSLAND edition, distributed outside of Germany, also called Internationale edition., with more pages, so more interesting
