    It looks like the photo is from 1934 - so perhaps some NSDAP group in small town that haven't received proper uniforms? Or some sympathizing paramilitary group.

      Hi!
      Do a search for "Langemarck-Studium" (https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Langemarck-Studium). Some kind of "High School" for gifted pupils with destitute parents.

      Here are 2 photos from my collection from "Langemarck-Studium" in Vienna. On the second one You can see the worn cufftitle.

        Thanks guys. The armbands are different in my photo and the Langemarck-Studium photos. Other people have suggested these are SA men. Hmmm...
