Looks like an M43 cap with BeVo "T" insignia with a metal eagle added (pinned on top of the cloth eagle) + a Pz collar skull added and perhaps a metel pip added?

Looks like a 2 button standard M43 cap with BeVo "T" insignia with a metal eagle added (pinned on top of the cloth eagle) + a Pz collar skull added
and perhaps a metel pip added? (2 o'clock position)
