SS Hygiene Institut Document from Buchenwald

This is an SS document from the "Hygiene Institut der Waffen SS fur Fleckfieber und Virusforschung" (for typhus and viral research).

This was a research facility located in Buchenwald.

The document is only about 3X3.25 inches (note card)

I am wondering if this document looks original, and if anyone has seen anything like this? Is the signature real? I can't ID it.

Looks to be stamped in its entirety on lined writing paper.

In terms of trying to authenticate signatures and paper items you are in the correct section of the forum....

Strange that it is on lined paper with the lines running vertically...?

Hopefully more experiences signature collectors can chime in on this one.

The lined paper makes me just think its a scrap piece of paper they just used for convenience, it doesn't seem to be a really important document in terms of its original use. Just a label or file card. It could have been one of thousands of file cards noting various inventories at the Institute. What I really am worried about is deciding if the stampings and signature can be compared to other period documents from this camp.

More details about it:

All the various markings appear to be of different types of inks. The dotted line is indented into the card, the stampings lay flat on the paper, the typed font is black ink, the signature has"breaks" on the edges of the ink that appear to be handwritten, and the upper left "13" also looks like a different ink. What I am getting at is that it is not just a single consistent ink you would see on fake documents. The paper smells old and musty, is brittle, and thick card stock, not thin paper. All these things make me sure it is an old document at the very least that was not done recently with just a printer...
