Interesting, who is the guy to Hitlers left and what type of Cap is he wearing???
I've never seen a cap with just a Swaz and nothing else on it.

Hi,

the guy is Konrad Henlein, head of the Nazi Party in Czechoslovakia, and Reichskommissar for the Sudetenland. Henlein became Nazi governor of Czechoslovakia following the German takeover of the country in March 1939.

Very nice photo. The person standing in profile directly behind Keitel appears to be Joachim von Ribbentrop. The general at the far left, seated next to Himmler, is very familiar but I can't thing of his name...
