What are all of these documents?

I need some basic identification help. This all came to me in a grouping of items from an American soldier. I'm guessing these are souvineirs he picked up while serving in Europe. Any idea what these are? Usually you see GI's bringing home badges and arm bands, this seems sort of odd. I look forward to finding out what these are.

Cool, thanks. I kind of guessed the first one was a washing tag. I wonder what it went to and I wonder why the GI decided to hang onto it? Weird.

The luggage tags are pretty cool. Are they uncommon? I can't say I dabble much in the paperwork side of things so I haven't spent a lot of time looking at this sort of thing. I tend to stick with field gear and weapon related items.

I like to collect TR civilian paperwork, and have never come across this item before.
I do not suppose that they are "rare" or of any particular monetary value, but they are interesting to collectors of TR civil paperwork, many thanks for showing - an item I have not seen before.
