    NCO Aspirant?

    Hi,

I would like to know if this soldier was an Infantry NCO Aspirant
    .

    Thanks

Judging from his Litzen (collar tab) I would say there is a good chance that he was off to or in Unteroffizierschule.

    Though still hard to tell.

Shoulderboard devices would normally be put in the middle of the board.
On your picture "something" is attached very low. I would say he is an NCO candidate.
But, IMO, it has nothing to do with the Unteroffizierschule. His litzen are normal general issue.
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

That was my point thus ruling out a Fähnriche.
