Small Grouping SS man. Tank unit ??

Would like to get your opinion on those pics.
Got this small grouping from an SS man today. Few postcards sent from Russian POW camp as well as 3 photos. Small passport picture then one in black Uniform with family and another one with comrades. Black uniform means necessarily tank unit ?? What uniform they wear on the pic with his comrades?? Tank or Sturmgeschütz Uniforms? Those pics must have been made around 1943 because that soldier was born in 1925.

Hello.

Yes, I think you are right.

The small photo in standard uniform looks like red waffenfrabe on the shoulder straps for artillery.
This would make sense if he then went into stug's and then panzers.
