And I was hoping someone can tell me a little bit more about this photo.

I can only give an approximate year- 1937. Don't know the location. From left to right, starting with the Luftwaffe General, the men pictured are:

General der Flieger (later returned to the Heer with the rank of General der Infanterie) Otto von Stülpnagel, Generalmajor (later Generalleutnant) Karl Bodenschatz, General der Infanterie (later Generalfeldmarschall) Gerd von Rundstedt, Generaloberst Werner Freiherr von Fritsch, Göring, SS-Brigadeführer (later SS-Obergruppenführer) Julius Schaub, AH, and Generalfeldmarschall Werner von Blomberg.
