identifing high decorated WH NCO

Hi, is one able to identify this KC holder? Should be possible due to his NCO rank and his other badges, but I wasnt able to manage it...

I found him, he is Heinrich Hennig, Zugführer StabsKp/FüsRgt. 22.
Got the KC at 09.06.1944.
