A premise: always for tourism and for its proximity to San Marino in Rimini is an active center of philatelic exhibitions and demonstrations, already restarted after the end of the war (2 covers for example the stamps events of summer days in 1946 and 1947)

in the many cultural initiatives of the Ukrainian Lager, 146 soldiers established their philatelic circle, which came into contact with the collectors of Rimini, and they were allowed to participate in their exhibitions.
They decided together to print in August 1946 a first issue (the most important) of 4 stamps, printed inside the Lager.
Were logically stamps without legal value, and were for use by collectors and to finance itself
The largest insert of the first emisisone includes all values centering on them block (not jagged due to technical problems of the printshop of Rimini Enclave)

I have a great philatelic interest in the stamps that were used in Rimini. When I get a chance I will post some postal cards that were used in the camp. You can see some of the labels that were printed and used in the camp in my web page.
