NSDAP Member ID and Reichsbanknote

NSDAP Nordsee Membership Card.
Can somebody tell me if this NSDAP Membership Card is real?
Reichsbanknote 5 Reichsmark.
I have not seen this one before. I have a lot of the inflation money but not from during WAR II. Is it quite common?

I do not like the membership card.

Though the bank note shares similarities with earlier inflation notes it's only a 5 Mark note and date 1942. Not big money with -000,000,000's and note so uncommon.

The Membership card would be best suited for starting a small fire. Maybe lining a bird cage too.
