Sirs,
I have posted a while ago this in the KM awards section but with no answers.
I got a set of documents awarded to the Fregattenkapitaen and later Kapitaen Dr. Peter Grau consisting of
DKiG, signed by raeder
Kriegsverdienstwimpel with the award rules printed on the backside, signed by Raeder
He got the awards for his duties on the supply ship "Nordmark" and he was proposed by the high navy command for the Ritterkreuz.
My questions are not towards the authenticity of the documents but rather about the rarity.
The documents are described in the book by Sascha Weber about the KM awards and its mentioned that this Kriegsverdienstwimpel awards citation is the only known.
I am very interest to learn more about this awards and if there some more samples of this in the hands of fellow collectors.
Thank you and best regards
Christian
