What does this photo say?

Hi,

I have this photo and I can read German and understand it somehow but I have already hard to read it when it is written in an older way.
So I have decrypted all but one word and I am at the point that I need help with the last word.
What I have managed to read

"Luka/ bei Ss....g am 25. 4. 43"

It is probably somewhere in the Sovietunion but I would be interested to know the place name and maybe to localize the Place so I might find out what unit we are talking of.

Could it be "Sumy" the name of a town in Ukraine ?

I actually belive it could be Sumy as you suggest, would be "roughly" at areas where the HKL would be at spring/summer 1943.
Now I will try on the impossible, find out what unit and what battle they might have participated in weeks/ the month before

Looks like the position of the town of Luka close to Sumy was just at the outskirts of "Kursk bogen" and the unit might have participated in the battles when the Kursk area was lost before the big battle itself.
Now I also happen to have a possible name of which Army korps might have been resting there, 7.A.K... I have something now maybe soon something more!
