Does anyone recognize this RK/DKiG SS Officer ?

I just purchased some items from a vet's nephew. A number of photos were included in an album the US vet made. There are a group of photos of this SS officer and I have shown a few here in the hope that someone might recognize him.

Yes, Swords holder Felix Steiner. To the right (last photo), with Heer eagle on his sleeve, is Diamonds holder Herbert Otto Gille. Nice photos!
