This looks like an authentic Dönitz handsigned doc, can anyone confirm? Discoloration is due to the paper being glued on cardboard. Any ideas on value?

Looks good to me, Tim. As for value, I'm sure of a specific price. Maybe 100-200 euro as his signature is not uncommon and the paper being glued on cardboard detracts.
