Thanks to modern printing, the possibilities are endless on how it got there.
Nowadays you can print like old school and use those kids scissors to get that old era look. To me it looks like it was scanned and then cropped to rid of the Bundesarchiv details, and as I said before.
Mostly the modern copies are made by bad quality like this. These are mostly blurred with less details. If you see photos with a high quality subject and this blurry motive, just don´t take them.
Whilst i agree this is likely an outright scam, do remember that large numbers of period prints can be found of PK or unit photographers photos. Just because a photo can be found in the BA archives doesn't necessarily mean a print of one is post-war.
