sig looks good to my eye but as always this is not a physical hands on appraisal from a collector and only my opinion from the digital images.
As long as that document is authentically written up during the period-then no worries.
He is known to have signed quite a few of these Polizei promos (many more than the usual for any high leader of any gov)
