Help with contemporary image

I need your help.

I have this image, between my document files that one day a friend sent me by email.

The image is part of a German publication of time... I think appearing in the magazine, "DER ADLER" or "SIGNAL".

I would like to get this image with more resolution, more quality to check some details.

Any user know where find it?

P.S.: In this publication from time they were mistaken since it appears as a Grand Cross with Star (6-pointed star) order and must be the 8 pointed star
