Any concearns about this document being an original? Seems like this unit didn't exist in 1942 and wasn't created until 1943 according to the Lexicon.

Wrong decoration, as you say, a year before the unit ever existed and a dodgy de-nazified stamp

Simon is correct. Also why would a Btl commander sign an Abt document. After the Abt commander, would be the Division commander.
