What a sweetheart! Just a little bit shy. Note how they try to bribe her with chewing gum!

Hi,
finally a good friend of mine found out the location of the first picture !
The "sweetheart" is a frenchie, and the picture was taken probably in 1944 or 1945 in front of the Casino of Trouville-sur-Mer. I went there in 1998, but i have no memory of that... Alexandre Durville was the main architect of the Casino at the time.

Hi,
more on the liberation of Trouville and the picture.
Confirmed to be from 1944, and it could be also a little boy ?

On the map, the Casino is located under the name of the city written in black.
