Help with U-Boot grouping - Which boat?

Hello everyone,

Could anyone help with an idea on what boat Martin Meyer could have served?

We got a dedication on the commanders portrait mentioning the "Schwarzer Panther" as the boats nickname. That could indicate he served on U-1105. There seems to be a Panther on the emblem of the boat (see photo) however the emblem of U-1105 seems to have looked different.

Any idea please?

Can you show a close-up of a couple of the cap badge photos? The badge would be the easiest way to identify the boat if the image is clear enough.
