Panzer with SS skulls on collar

I got this strange photo lot of a panzerman wearing SS hat skulls on his collar. First time that i saw that, but after searching the forum i found out that this really occurred. He is wearing also the silver PAB and a WB.

I've seen the skulls many times and nothing new "but" whats up with the shape of the collar tab? Looks like it has a point on the top!

Yes it has a point on top. Anybody knows what that means? Lot is on estand if somebody is interested in having it.
