Unknown LW RK/DKiG ceremony Russland 1943

Before this set goes to estan i'd like to find out who the RK awarded soldier is here on the pictures. He's also wearing a DKiG. Any chance of identyfying also the General? On the back is an all written Russland 1943

the gerneral is Kurt Pflugbeil. Have seen photos of this event before, but can't recall the name of the recipient at the moment. I'm sure someone else can help with that.
