GFM/General Identification Assistance

Would greatly appreciate any assistance in identifying the GFM and General/GFM? shown in this cropped section of a Heer band photo I just received. I suspect the GFM at left is von Blomberg. The chap at right looks a bit like Werner von Fritsch. But both are guesses. I suspect someone can readily id these two officers. The band members all appear to be wearing reissued M18 helmets. Thanks in advance for any id!
