Surrender Document.............. thoughts?

Mate of mine showed me this surrender document with signatures recently and wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it.

Sorry, Gerdan, but you are mistaken. The original lüneburger heide instrument of surrender document is in the holdings of the Imperial War Museum in London (date error and all). The last time I saw it (I've seen it about a dozen times), it was on display in the WW2 in Europe exhibition, in the section for 1945.
