    Post-war German death cards

I'm starting this thread as an addition to the SS death card posted on the e-stand. Any of you have post-war German death cards of guys that died in field hospitals or Russian captivity after the capitulation ? It is an interesting fact that all nazi, SS related stuff was removed from these death cards. Even the photos were editted.

This is one of those I still have: I'm not thàt familiar with uniforms, but I think the breast eagle is removed here ? On the reverse, the swastika was removed from the Iron Cross. (There were Iron Crosses without swastika's on the death cards during WW2 too, but they're not that common)

Here's one of those sober late-war death cards, of a 16-year old boy that died being a Scheinergehilfe for the Panzerjägers. A normal cross here and no nazi related content at all.

Any other examples or thoughts ?

      ...

Here's is one of my examples:

He was feldwebel in a grenadier rgt, and died of illness in a lazarett in Germany in February 1945.
The swastika on the cross is clearly removed by a white spot.
