History of Stjepan Filipivic hanging photo

Does anybody know what the story behind this photo of Croatian Partian Stjepan Filipovic is? Who took it, when did the photo imerge?

Slobodanka Vasic, A girl working for a photographic shop in the city of the hanging (Valjevo) took many pictures of the hanging.
The same day, the pictures were shown in the photographic shop, but the Germans discovered that due to the gathering of people who wanted to see the iconic picture in the frontage of the shop. They destroyed copies and négatives but of course extra copies were made and were hidden.
After the war pictures of the serie surfaced from various sources.
