Rare Luftwaffe LW. BAU BATL. 28/IV Postcard

Hi.
I've got this rare postcard directly linked to the Luftwaffe in Norway (LW. BAU BATL. 28/IV).
It is in excellent unused condition both front and back.
I want to sell it but I'm not sure what it might be worth. I know it is mercenary of me but can anyone give me some idea as to value?

It's one that I've never seen before, and I've seen thousands of cards.

With its rarity, and that wonderful Luftwaffe Adler, I'd ask $95 or so for it....maybe a little more.

Or course that price would be for 'normal' collectors, not for us on W-A. We're kind of a cheap bunch on W-A when it comes to anything paper, especially postcards
