DDR troops but not sure 100%

Picture 3 looks to be German early Fire Protection uniforms, 1920-30's era. Collar tabs were red with single round button on top. Looks like German mess kits, boots, uniform cut, caps, and a box buckle on troop at top.

Number 4 too blurred to make out detail, but
