Unknown paper found in one HBT tunic pocket

I found this unknown paper in the pocket of a HBT tunic from Cherbourg in Normandy.

Any idea about this paper?

This seems to refer to dimensions and order-nr. of a sparepart ("-Welle" (shaft)) for a submarine, U 716

Could the first word be "Unruh Welle" - balance staff ? Used as part of a watch?

This tunic comes from Cherbourg.

I think that U 716 can't match with the U-boot 716.

Yes, it could be a paper for something about watch spare part (WH dienstuhr armbanduhr)
