Yes, a captured Vickers-Armstrong Utility Tractor, taken from the Belgian army.

The 2 PD "trident" didn't look like that, the two outside tines were much shorter than the middle one and I would doubt that any panzer division would have used the slow Utility, some where there is a list of German units which used the Utility but I can't find it at the moment.
