Female in uniform?? Help please

As the title suggests, is this a female uniform? It does not look familiar. She is wearing 2 badges, what looks like a party badge and on her left breast a badge (the name completely escapes me right now). Nothing written on the back. Just noticed a ribbon on her right breast, but don't know what it is.

Looks like she may possibly be a DRK Haupthelferin.

The badge on her tie isn't a party badge, but one of the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz badges featured on the middle of the page of the following link. The ribbon in the buttonhole of her right lapel could possibly be a black mourning ribbon.

Hi, yes when I looked at hearsed1 link that is clearly the uniform and the badge as you say is certainly the DRK badge, I see that now!

Interesting thought about the mourning ribbon...
