Luftwaffe Flak Award Document

Purchased this last night. I found a similar document Marc Garlasco " flak book author " had. Is signature a stamp? Any other info is appreciated. I know award documents were signed and stamped sometimes.

There is no match because the document was not processed on division level. It was done by LuftwaffenBefehlshaber Mitte.

Luftwaffen Befehlshaber Mitte = Luftwaffe Command Center

Was this the Reich Air Ministry in Berlin? Thanks for your input and link.
