I bought this photo recently.

What can you collectors make out if it?
DKIG, IAB, Nahkampfspange and LW badges.
So former Heer soldier who went to the Luftwaffe.

Or is it a Russian? ( He looks Russian to me in some way ) who is showing what he found on the battlefield/captured soldiers???????

Last theorie is the most likly to be right,...a halloween party. If i see right, he is wearing pointing shoes.

Dutch kid maybe looks like he is wearing clogs.

I doubt Russian as it was risky for a RAM to get caught with such items. They all had to be turned in from what I understand.

Stealing a watch/ring raping women sending back looted house-hold chattle was fine but having a Nazi medal could get you in deep trouble
