For me, condition isn't much of a factor. It's the recipient, unit or actions/battles. However, if you are going to get just one DKiG doc, then maybe you'll want to put more weight on condition. In the end, I think the value would be 500 or more, even considering to softness of the urkunden market.
Thank you all for the answers!
When I get it I will list it up for sale msot likely. If anyone wants it, he can PM me to reserve it for him.
But if not,
Thanks once more for the answers!
I have got this Urkunde for a really goof price,
Has anyone got ideas where I could get a cheap German cross in Gold?
(Pm me please in that case if you can give me a hint)
Hi Daniel,
Im pleased you got the document for a "cheap" as you put it price and who knows you may nab yourself a "cheap" DKIG However it could be me but i feel your comments wont make many friends here! This is a Collectors forum full of people like myself who love this hobby and the history it brings and the vast majority are not here to make a quick buck.
As the man above said the condition would put me off also because im a condition freak,id take a better condition item over a rarer one anyday but if your happy then thats great.
Check the Estand for you DKIG,You will find one,im not so sure it will be "cheap" but it is still the best place to shop for Genuine Third Reich things.
I am not going to lie about what i have in my mind, I have decided after long chats with many friends I have, to keep it so therefore I am after making a made up set if a DKiG and the Urkunde to it for display purpose.
So I am not going to sell this even if I planned so in the beginning
I still want to make clear why I want a DKiG also, because it might be misunderstood by someone. The reason why I want a DKiG is because I will display it with the document and it does not actually matter yet which maker (because it will be my first DKiG). As an unempleyed man, money is not exactly the thing I have tons of and I really need to work long and hard to gather up money. I only want a DKiG, so the less it will cost... the better for my wallet and overall collecting (because I need to sell parts of my collection away to fund this).
The reason why I changed my mind to keep it was that many of my friends made good points keeping it and buy a German cross in Gold as a friend for it, it would be the "Highlight" in a poor mans collection and I really want a DKiG and now have the document so why not keep the document and buy the DKiG as a friend to it?.
I will repeat myself now because I really don't wish to get the reputation as an A-hole here,
