        Whilst I appreciate what you are trying to do, personally I prefer whole photos of what a place looked like then and how it appears now. Mixing them is confusing and does not convey a "then and now" aspect. This is only properly achieved by comparing two photos side by side, one of then and the other of now.

                          Sorry, but for me, as I said above, this type of comparison does not work. For a now and then comparison, I prefer to see how a place looked then compared with how it looks today, rather than having figures superimposed on a photo of today.
                          Do you have any modern photos of Friedrich Jeckeln's residence, office, place of trial and execution, showing how they look today please?

                            Max, thanks for input. Personally I'm big fan of period photos albeit some pics here makes really good impressions, they make very good imagination, in some cases even better than two pics side by side.

                            Unfortunately I dont have any Friedrich Jeckeln's photos than these available on web, sorry.
