Yes, it's a promotion document from Oberarzt to Stabsarzt. Don't know the translation for those, but something like section doctor to head doctor. Effective 1 September 1940.Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.
