I tried a close up at 1200 ppi but it was very blurry so I backed off the zoom. Does this help?

Looks like a group of blokes who have had an outing to the carnival.

Hi,

As previously stated, a group of blokes after visiting a travelling fair or carnival.
The lapel badge is almost certainly an NSDAP membership badge, the other may be a two ribbon WW1 medal bar.
