i have this nice shot of a member of the RFSS my ask is is this Bodyguards from Himmler? How rar are photos from this unit?

Your photo shows the first pattern RFSS cuff title. This one is in Roman characters. There was another authorised version in Gothic characters. In 1939, the 'SS' was replaced by runic characters.
The RFSS cuff title was authorised to be worn by members of the Personal Staff Reichsführer-SS. Your image shows a non-commissioned SS man (other ranks belt buckle) taken in or before 1939. The brown leather strap (or Sam Browne belt) was dispensed with after 1939.
Photos of men wearing the RFSS cuff title are not rare.
