I think the man on the right might be the SS-Sturmbannführer Dr Franz Riedweg (SS Nr 293744).
I'm not sure since the picture is a bit blurry and small.
The other man may be Dr Rudolf Jacobsen.
Is your picture a reproduction ? Was it related to others documents that can help the identification ?
