KvK2 award document SS?

Is it a good one? and whats a normale price for it?

Not sure if it's SS.....standard KVK2 w/o swords doc (larger format, looks like). With the folds/damage/stains, I'd give it a value of 25 euro or so. Just my opinion.

But isnt oberscharführer a SS and SA rank?
SA was not really active in 42.
