Who is this KC recipient ? LW could be KG 76

Does somebody recognizes this guy or can read his original signature on the back ?? Could be KG 76 as photo was taken out of an photoalbum of a member of KG 76. I appreciate your help.

Your man is Oberstleutnant (Bundeswehr-Brigadegeneral) Hanns Heise, Ritterkreuz am 03.09.1942 als Hauptmann und Kommandeur der I. Gruppe/ KG 76 (Aushändigung des Ritterkreuzes durch Generaloberst Alfred Keller).
